A U.S. Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient, he holds both a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from American InterContinental University (AIU). Luke is an active member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and the Northern Brazoria County Chamber of Commerce, where he works to support industry growth, professional relationships, and community development.
